So glad i held out , just secured one for delivery tomorrow from EE,
Was told they are for existing customers only as add ons

Rang EE today and ordered one which has been added to my account. Happy days! Sounds like they have a few in stock, so definitely worth ringing again.
How are people getting Portals on EE? I’ve called and tried the chat yet both have said for that last 2 days there’s no stock?
They initially had to verify that my account qualified, which it did. Not sure what their requirements are above just being an existing customer.
I qualify for it and rang first thing this morning to be told they don’t have stock. Tried chat too and was told they can’t do it through there.
I called this number, is EE digital sales department : 08000790531 . Say you want to add a playstation device on a monthly payment 11 months to your mobile plan. Then say PS Portal once they confirm all and they should be able to do it if still in stock. Good luck - I received the Portal this morning, yay
EE have 20 left in stock, I just called them and added one to my account.
I am assuming i cannot get one if i am not with EE network?

Also got one today by calling EE and adding to monthly bill . Anyone got order confirmation via email? Didn't get one yet...
I haven’t received email confirmation either but my dpd app has updated with the full shipping details which would suggest it has processed
