Has anyone contacted very? On my order it says sorry no longer available. I didn’t get an email confirming it was cancelled or out of stock but credit has gone from my account.

I called Very this morning after a successful order but email from PayPal overnight refunding the amount. They were very unhelpful, couldn't tell me why it was cancelled just that the order was not going to go through. Luckily, I had the email from ee come through yesterday afternoon so I went with them and it's already been dispatched.

Around 15th December. Less than 24 hours after coflnfirming the order, it's just been delivered.
Did your order just say sorry now unavailable and the despatch date ?
Very frustrating as my order was completed got 9.43am and others have confirmation of order progressing when placed at 9.46am!

My confirmation email was at 9:41am and it’s showing as unavailable but with the 9 February delivery date so doesn’t really seem to be any rationale behind it.

Pro tip just went to my Argos and got one. That was after I checked last night In Google for ps portal stock. Showed me my local stock had stock (thought it was too good to be true) however managed to grab one 20 mins ago . So definitely try Google search
How do you find out if your local store has stock, when i google it says online only
Just type playstation portal nothing else then click on the shopping part and for me is at the top shows Argos in Tonbridge has stock

It's not showing my local store anymore so I guess there out of stock. The next nearest is showing in South Woodham Ferrers (no idea where that is) but maybe this might help someone if it's not showing up on your Google's searches in shopping section for Argos.

My advice would be to keep a close eye on Google shopping as the ps portal only popped up in the Argos close to me this afternoon. I went and bought it a couple of hours later

Has anyone else had their Very order cancelled? I managed to get my order in this morning whenthe drop came in, but now my order says “Sorry, no longer available”, and they’ve returned the credit to my account :(
