Ordered from QVC have an order number and money taken from my account but order not showing and no confirmation email...called them and was on hold for 30 minutes before speak to someone and they are saying they can't find my order
Got 2 from QVC. Delighted. Got an immediate confirmation order. Ordered them for someone else who have used QVC before, I personally haven't. No mention of delivery as yet.
Does anyone know if QVC allows you to return after opening/testing the product? i really want one but scared to commit to buying one if i don't end up liking it.. Thanks!
