Hi, After checking our logs we can see that we sent you an alert email on 14th December. There have been no alerts sent since as there hasn't been any stock available to purchase.
There have been single units but we do not send alerts for single units as this would lead to further frustration. Also John Lewis was showing stock but it was impossible to add to the basket so again we would not send alerts unless we confirm stock is actually available.

It did this to me and i had to put a space between first and second part my postcode and then it worked
