We are expecting a PS5 drop this morning from Playstation Direct. You need to have a Playstation Network account (PSN) and be logged in. Get a PSN account from here https://www.playstation.com/acct/create-account in advance as these drops are only small and don't last long....be prepared
Update - my son's PS5 could not be fixed at Game so they are replacing it with a new one which arrives next week so the one I got at Argos last week I can give to my eldest son .. so we are all fine now. Now have to try to get this insured with D&G as Game cannot sell another insurance but it has the normal 1 year warranty again. Better than nothing.
PS Direct signed me out after waiting in the Q system for 35 mins .... crazy system they have created .. don't even know if they have Playstation Plus .. I just pay for the stuff. Wish JH Lewis had stock - so much easier getting stuff from them and they have zero quibbles with problems. Hope you get yours as well. There is always the chance Game repairs his PS5 anyhow and I can give that to my eldest son when and if they return it and I don't have to check every day anymore until it breaks again.

I registered with the web site a few of weeks ago and realised email alerts were too slow so I downloaded the telegram app.
I missed a few alerts as I was out working but yesterday, while I was on the computer, I got the alert saying PlayStation direct were selling PS5’s. I had been keeping the stock alert web page open so I entered the queue in less than one minute from getting the alert and manged to order one. My PS5 arrived today.
I seriously was beginning to lose hope of getting one this year so thanks again!
Yes, the quickest alerts are the Telegram alerts as email delivery can be delayed and Telegram is a broadcast to everyone at once. As you can imagine it takes some time to send all the emails and further delays can be caused by delivery too
Gobble gobble gobble setting up telegram you mean?? It’s very easy on phone download app and click stockcheckers link and it’ll add you to their group automatically. I’m no lamb myself lol

Trying to see if I can get one on PS direct but I can't find any email notification on their playstation 3 and my son at Uni

But how do you get the stock checkers link on the phone - that was what was confusing me. I use the PC for stock checks mainly
