I don't think even currys know what their doin tbh
Keep trying Argos guys, I just bought one at an Argos less than 20 miles from where I live. I put it in the basket and kept refreshing the not in stock at this location notice for the last week, (easy to do for me because I'm retired). I've seen loads, but mostly at least 100 miles or so from here. Then, one popped up just down the road so I quickly checked out with PayPal. Good luck to everyone, I hope you all get one.
Thanks pal. I wonder at what point you actually get the item locked for you. Is it when you start entering your payment details because I have managed to get it in my basket somewhere local but then when I clicked on the next page it's said not in store. I've got an argos card so would prefer to put it on that but I'm worried I'll lose out during payment...
It seemed to me as soon as I hit the pay by PayPal button and it switched from Argos to PayPal it was locked in place. Last time I got close was one 40 miles away. and as soon as I hit the checkout button it said not in stock.
There's one in stock at Currys for delivery at the moment. £679 including a 1T expansion drive and 3 months ultimate game pass.
Yeah they keep popping up but never lets me click the item just sends me back to the home screen.
Anybody had any luck with the Xbox Bundle from Currys? Not sure what is going on but stock keeps coming and going but almost impossible to purchase.
Just a quick thanks Stockcheckers team. Out of all the checkers I had open, you were the first to notify EVERY time. Got mine from 4gadgets. To those not wanting to pay monthly, do the math on the payments and it's actually a good deal, if you want to get game pass ultimate anyway then it works out as only 432 quid for the console! How does it work if I already have game pass with my xb1x?
I cancelled mine as I pay monthly for it anyway so there was minimal overlap. According to 4gadgets the game pass is activated 72 hours from delivery (if I remember right) and the two years starts from then.

Kept trying to order from Microsoft - showed in my basket and almost got through checkout at three points tonight. Then the site errored, pretty annoying!!!!
Exactly the same for me - doesn’t exactly make me feel confident that payment won’t get lost in the process and end up out of pocket
that's a cope. Front end website glitches do not correlate with misplacing customer money lol
